StyleCart charges a commission on each sale. The current commission rate and fee structure are detailed in the Seller Agreement. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.
Sellers may not list prohibited or restricted items
Sellers must maintain performance standards
All content on StyleCart, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of StyleCart or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to StyleCart, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Use our Services for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means
Attempt to compromise our security
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
